In the meantime, by accessing or using the FairShare platform, you agree to:

• Use the platform lawfully and only as authorized
• Comply with any applicable signed agreements between you and your organization (such as warrant agreements, subscription agreements, or shareholder agreements)
• Use the platform consistent with our Privacy Policy

The binding terms of any warrant or equity instrument tracked on the platform are governed by the separate signed agreements between you and the issuing organization. Information shown on the platform is informational only.
